Tonight I made bread and my first cheeses! Mozzarella and Riccota - and they were a success! I got the recipes for the cheeses in the 'Home Cheese Making' by Ricki Carroll. The bread is a recipe through my old Betty Crocker book. They all came out great and I can't believe it - check out the stretch in my mozzarella!
